Refund Policy – Ryan Kildare

At Ryan Kildare, we want you to feel confident in every order. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You may request a refund or exchange if your item meets the conditions outlined in our return policy. To qualify, please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at support@ryan-kildare.com with clear photos or videos. Once we’ve received visual proof, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement. Without this, we unfortunately can’t proceed with an exchange.

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after the purchase date, we consider it lost in transit. In this case, we’ll offer either a replacement or a partial refund depending on the situation.

To start the return process, please send an email to support@ryan-kildare.com with the reason for your return. We’ll then provide you with all necessary instructions. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, complete, and in their original condition.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As our warehouse is based in Asia (China), return costs from Ireland typically range around €25.

Important: Do not return your parcel to the address printed on the shipping label. This is a general return facility of the carrier and is not our warehouse address. Parcels sent to this address will not reach us and cannot be refunded. Always contact us first for the correct return instructions.

If you need to return only part of your order, that’s absolutely fine. You are not required to return everything.

We do not offer size exchanges unless you received the incorrect size from us. If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. It usually takes 5–7 business days for the return to be delivered, after which we will issue your refund within 2 business days. Please allow another 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your parcel was returned to sender, this may be due to one of the following: it wasn’t claimed within 5 days, the delivery address provided was incorrect, or customs duties or fees were unpaid. Please contact your local courier or post office using the tracking number, or reach out to us for further assistance.

At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
